The proposed concept comprised of a complex of a single 22 storied tower and 5 buildings of 7 floors each. The buildings stand atop a podium equipped with car parks, STP, rainwater harvesting systems and water storage facilities The towers flank an internal landscaped zone having club houses, gardens and demarcated pedestrian and vehicular zones.
