The second largest port of Gujarat(GPPL) as clients the project was acquired as a winning competition entry. The design brief included Design of a master plan across 30 hectares of land incorporating an entrance gate complex, custom house, port residential colony and Administration facilities buildings. The entire infrastructure and connected services were also detailed out and implemented.
All the units were designed as modules that could be multiplied as part of an envisaged future expansion as a design guidelines.
